Delivery to the European Union. Estimated delivery time: 10 to 15 business days. Tracking by email upon shipment. Free delivery from 45€ of purchase.

4. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with European Directive 2011/83/EU, you have 14 calendar days to withdraw without justification. Contact us at contact@lunove.be. Refund within 14 days of receipt of the return.

5. GUARANTEES

2-year legal guarantee of conformity. Damaged product: contact us within 48 hours with photos—immediate replacement or refund.

6. DATA PROTECTION (GDPR)

Data collected: name, email, delivery address — solely for order processing. Retention: 3 years. Rights of access, rectification, deletion: contact@lunove.be. Data never sold to third parties.

7. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
