RETURN POLICY — LUNOVE

Right of Withdrawal

You have 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to return an item, without having to justify your decision.

How to Make a Return?

Contact us by email at contact@lunove.be, providing:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) concerned
  • The reason for the return

We will respond within 24 hours with the procedure to follow.

In case of a defective or non-compliant product, a full refund will be issued without the need for physical return of the product.

Return Conditions

  • The item must be in its original condition
  • Unused and in its original packaging
  • Return to be made within 14 days of receipt

Refund

The refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product, via the same payment method used for the purchase.

Product Damaged Upon Receipt

If you receive a damaged product, contact us within 48 hours at contact@lunove.be with photos. We will proceed with an immediate replacement or refund at no cost to you.
